Raising Your Game
This workshop embeds Whole Organisation Marketing at the team level. It looks at how teams can improve their internal and external image and reputation and live the brand. We explore how they can improve their contribution and add value by being more innovative and commercial thinking. Importantly, we look at how teams can release themselves from any rut they may be in, to enable them to achieve more.
This workshop is about:
- Looking at how teams and service areas can improve their image and market themselves more effectively
- Examining teams' current image, and how they can improve their image and that of their department/ service/ function
- Challenging individuals' current thinking and ways of working
This workshop will show people:
- How they can add value to their jobs
- How to set image and self-marketing goals and how to achieve them
- The practical tools to enable them to take action and start improving straight away
- How they can achieve so much more by taking responsibility for their own image and success
It's a liberating, inspirational workshop. As with anything, the more they put into it, the more they'll get out of it.
